Endorsement Fee Program
Effective January 1, 2000
Grafix realizes that designers are the creative backbone of the craft industry. In order to encourage the use of our products by designers, the following outlines our Endorsement Fee Program.
Fees are paid as follows:
Fees will only be paid when Grafix products are referred to correctly, if the product or company name is not stated correctly no reimbursement will be paid.*
1. Nationally Distributed Published Magazine - Articles, projects and other editorials. $40
2. "How-to" Instruction books that are nationally distributed & published for resale.
Grafix to receive a copy of the book with samples of the project(s) along with future rights to the projects.
A. Books that use Grafix products exclusively or contain 8 or more separate projects using our products. $150
B. Books that use Grafix products in 2 or more separate projects. $80
C. Books that use Grafix products in just one project. $40
3. Television & Video Productions - please send a proposal for review, fees will be paid at the discretion of Grafix.

Guidelines for Fee Payment:
1. We cannot remit endorsement fees when Grafix products are incorrectly stated. (Grafix Holographic Funky paper is incorrect. Grafix Funky Film is acceptable.)
2. Be sure to follow the instructions on the package and properly instruct consumers on the correct uses of the products.
3. Please only list the Grafix address or web address in published articles. Grafix does not sell direct, consumers should be directed to our
on-line store locator for a store near them that sells any of Grafix products.
*These include: Grafix®, Funky Film™, Funky Fur™, Funky Tape™, Funky 3D Film™ , Faux Film™, Grafix Translucent Vellum, Cling Vinyl Film or Shrink Film. All Funky products and Faux products are made of plastic film not paper. Only Grafix Vellums should be referred to as a paper product.
To request endorsement fees, please send your name, address, phone number and social security number to: Marketing at Grafix, 19499 Miles Rd, Cleveland OH 44128. We cannot send payment with out a social security number. Also attach a copy of the published article highlighting your project.
